myo
In performing the techniques of a Do, we absorb the Way, using a particular art as a tool. In the process, we may experience a moment of perfection that’s indescribable. To describe the indescribable, the Japanese Ways use the word myo. Myo indicates something “mysterious,” “extraordinary,” or “marvelous,” but this only hints at the actual meaning.
